Become a part of our Estate Attorney Network and work with TrustedWill clients
in your state.
Why join the TrustedWill Estate Attorney Network?
Members of our Estate Attorney Network will benefit in many ways. A few of the biggest benefits are:
Client Referrals: Some TrustedWill clients will find that they need expert assistance to help
them construct their estate documents in the fashion they desire. When a TrustedWill client chooses to seek
help from an attorney, they will be referred to one of the attorneys who is a member of our network. TrustedWill
refers these clients to our member network as a benefit to both our clients and our attorney network members.
Clients are not charged, and member attorneys do not have to pay a referral fee.
Document Review Revenue: Some of our plans include a complementary
attorney review of their estate documents. TrustedWill will pay the attorney directly if a customer takes
advantage of the complementary document review. All TrustedWill customers are encouraged to hire
an attorney to review their estate documents created on the TrustedWill website. Member attorneys
have access to a network portal that allow them to easily review documents, make suggested changes, and leave comments
for the TrustedWill client. Member attorneys will be responsible for billing the TrustedWill customer directly for
document review services.
Referral Revenue: Refer your clients to TrustedWill and you will
receive referral fees for any of the services your clients sign up for at TrustedWill. Many of your existing
and future clients can benefit from TrustedWill services including video testomony and certification,
automatic notification upon death, posthumous messages and instructions, and many of our other services
that augment your legal services. Some attorneys send new clients to TrustedWill to use as a
practice exercise to get their initial wishes down on paper for them to review and utilize in drafting
their estate documents.
Probate and Contested Estates: When a TrustedWill client
passes away, often times their trustees or executors need assistance from an attorney. TrustedWill
provides their client's trustees and executors with information on how and why to contact attorneys
in our member network to assist them in working through the estate.
